By subscribing to data access or holding a subscriber account, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. IndustryKG only grants access to its products, information and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

While a reasonable attempt is made to provide accurate information, individuals and organizations must exercise due diligence before relying on this information in any way. Subscribers should not base legal and financial transactions on information provided by Industry Knowledge Graph. Industry Knowledge Graph is not responsible for any decisions made by its subscribers or the resulting implications of those decisions.

IndustryKG assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness or sufficiency of the data provided. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IndustryKG for any claim, action, cause of action, damage, loss, or injury that might result from the supply of inaccurate or deficient data pursuant to this agreement.

Subscriber may not sell, lease, furnish or otherwise permit or provide access to the Information to any other Person or to any other office or place that is not permitted by their subscriber agreement. Subscriber will not engage in the operation of any business use or permit anyone else to use the Information, or any part thereof, for any purpose that is not provided for in their paid subscriber package.

The data access subscription is provided for a fixed period (typically one year) as indicated at the time of access allocation. Access to data will be terminated at the conclusion of the term.

As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

IndustryKG is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use or misuse of our website. IndustryKG reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. This Agreement is an understanding between Industry Knowledge Graph LLC and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
